Important Note: This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site (our marketing website). If you are a customer using the Ragnerock platform (app.ragnerock.com), the collection and processing of your data as a customer is governed by our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum, available at https://ragnerock.com/legal.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing website. We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as financial account information, health information, or government identifiers) through the Site. If you become a customer and use the Ragnerock platform, the handling of any data you upload to the platform is governed by our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum, not this Privacy Policy.

  • To Respond to Your Inquiries: We use your contact information to respond to your questions, demo requests, and other communications.

To exercise your rights under California law, please contact us at privacy@ragnerock.com. Please include “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents who have visited the Site:

  • Identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address);

  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history on the Site); and

  • Professional or employment-related information (such as company name and job title, if provided).

We collect this information for the purposes described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

Ragnerock is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information. The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites.
